  • Sensor data — Head impact events, acceleration and rotation measurements, impact severity scores, and timestamps captured by the IMPACT sensor device.
  • Device information — Device identifiers, operating system, app version, and Bluetooth connection data.
  • Usage data — Features accessed, session duration, and interaction patterns within the mobile application.

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our products and services.
  • Deliver real-time impact alerts and session reports to authorized users.
  • Analyze aggregate impact data to improve sensor accuracy and safety thresholds.

Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Sensor and impact data may be retained for up to 3 years to support longitudinal health tracking. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services may be used by minors (e.g., youth athletes) only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 without verifiable parental consent.
